Booking & Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We want to be fair to both you and our staff, so we kindly ask that you please respect our policies.

Cancellation policy.

  • At our salon, we value your time and the time of our staff. We ask that you please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we charge a cancellation fee of £20 per scheduled service or the full price if your service is less.

  • If you don't show up for your appointment and don't let us know, you will be charged the full cost of the service you were booked for.

Late arrival policy.

  • If you're running late for your appointment, please give us a call as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we may need to reschedule your appointment for another time or to charge a cancellation fee of £20 per scheduled service or the full price if your service is less.

  • We will do our best to accommodate you if you're running late, but please understand that your service may be shorter or your wait time may be longer than originally scheduled. We also reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge you the cancellation fee if the remaining time is not enough for the treatment to be completed.

TNG Beauty.

  • Patch tests are important for your health and safety. We must have a record of your patch test with our product. It must be carried out at least 24hrs prior to any eyebrow and eyelash tinting, lifting and lamination treatments. Once a patch test has been completed, this will last you for 6 months unless there are any medical changes.

  • Failure to have this completed in time at The Nail Group salon will result in no treatment being delivered and cancellation fees incurred.
